The wine is passion, culture and story of the territory.
For us, the winemaking implies to put itself on hand of the earth, of the vineyard, of the wine in wine cellar, to make all things that, in several phases, the elements ask and obey without saying a word .
The wine is passion, culture and story of the territory. Every thing is studied in detail, inspiring itself partially also to difficult principles and brave and impegnative choices that at the same time become life philosophy : to cultivate is synonymous of BIOLOGICAL and BIODYNAMIC.
Today, to produce the wine, means to bind together the most ancient culture and tradition in cultivation of the terrain to the most innovative technologies than winemaking, without using particular techniques but simply making chosen between the most modern techniques used in enology.
Our company introduce itself to passionate of wine with three good wines:
ZAHIR Offida Passerina v.q.p.r.d.;
ZAHIR Rosso Marche T.G.I. (only montepulciano);
QUATTRO TEMPORA Rosso Piceno Superiore v.q.p.r.d.
Wines are produced exclusively with grapes from our production, Montepulciano and Sangiovese for red wines, and malvasia Passerina for white wines, aged in wood and steel and then bottled.
